ComCam Broadens Intellectual Property Portfolio

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Feb. 16, 2007 — ComCam International, a developer of enterprise video networking solutions and a subsidiary of ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA) ("Company"), announced that it has added US Patent 6,975,220 to its extensive IP portfolio.

According to ComCam's CEO, Don Gilbreath, "ComCam's intention is to participate with industry leaders in network control appliances and remote management services to complement its pioneering efforts in network command-and-control video products. The Company will license the '220' patent directly to OEM partners, online service providers, software developers, consumer electronics companies and other industry partners developing online services with intelligent remote devices."

The patent was acquired from HNI, LLC (a Connecticut Limited Liability Company), a partnership that includes The Hartford, Next Generation Ventures, LLC, and Connecticut Innovations.

Tom Conroy, President of Next Generation Ventures, stated, "The addition of this important patent to ComCam's extensive intellectual property portfolio provides the Company with an even stronger footprint for continual innovation. We are confident that ComCam's management and its investors will accelerate the commercialization of several key products now available from this patent, specifically meeting the needs of its government and commercial customers."
