ComCam Announces SEDNA Program Portfolio

WEST CHESTER, Pa., Aug. 17, 2006 — ComCam, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMCA) announces the initial group of companies that have signed letters of intent for its newly established SEDNA development program.

According to ComCam's CEO, Don Gilbreath, "As a Business Development Company (BDC), we are in a unique position to assemble a group of promising ventures and help them mature into successful businesses. Our initial group of five ventures is drawn from telemedicine, environmental energy and information technology." These ventures will be incubated under the Company's new SEDNA (Strategic Enhancement & Development of Networked Assets) program. The five companies are American Radiologist Network, Inc., BetterHealth Global (USA), Inc., HealthSourceOne, Inc., ElectraTherm, Inc., and Whirlwinde, Inc.

American Radiologist Network, Inc. (AMRADNET) is a US-based global radiology solutions company. AMRADNET offers a complete suite of technology products, radiologist services, and operational programs for hospitals and Outpatient/Independent imaging centers.

BetterHealth Global has the US license for BetterHealth(TM) record technologies including an international standards-based electronic health record, personal health record and health data exchange. Widely utilized in Europe, their unique architecture solves issues of interoperability, user customization, application development platform and integrated disease management.

HealthSourceOne implements systems for outpatient and mobile monitoring and management of personal health. HealthSourceOne holds US Patent 6735551 for Internet-based wireless medical system communications.

ElectraTherm's technology converts waste heat to electricity without additional emissions or fuel.

Whirlwinde develops innovative software methodologies that enable real-time Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) networks to achieve integration and information sharing in large-scale legacy systems.

Under the Investment Act of 1940 ComCam's BDC status enables it to raise capital and invest in developing companies and technologies by providing growth capital as well as a range of strategic, operational and management resources to its partner companies.
