Chaordix Selected One of 44 Companies to Win the Worldwide Award for Democracy in the Workplace

CALGARY, Alberta, April 13, 2010 — Chaordix(TM), a provider of managed crowdsourcing communities, today was announced as a winner of the 4th Annual Worldblu Most Democratic Workplace Award 2010 – a groundbreaking global award that shines a spotlight on visionary organizations successfully practicing organizational democracy.

The Worldblu survey, evaluates an organization's practice of ten democratic principles, including: transparency, integrity, dialogue and listening, accountability and choice on leadership, individual, systems, and processes.
