FARMINGDALE, N.Y., March 26, 2009 — Cemtrex Inc. (OTC: CTEI) announced today that NV Energy released an order for a Cemtrex SM-4 Mercury CEMS for their Reid Gardner Unit 1 coal-fired power plant in Nevada. The SM-4 will be used to monitor Mercury Emissions from the stack to comply with expected regulations. Cemtrex will design, supply and install the state-of-the-art Mercury CEMS and assist NV Energy in accomplishing their mercury program goals.

It fully conforms to EPA Part 75 regulations and has been successfully tested at multiple Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) test sites.
