Cafe Rio Opens Their 100th Location in Lehi, UT on October 13th With a Colossal Celebration and a Declaration From Governor Herbert

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The impressive lineup of speakers for the 100th location ribbon cutting will include Governor Herbert who plans to give a declaration, Lehi Mayor Bert Wilson, who will be presenting Cafe Rio with a key to the city, and Ginette Bott, Chief Development Officer for the Utah Food Bank. During the ribbon cutting celebration, Cafe Rio will announce a partnership with the Utah Food Bank and present the organization with a monetary donation. Lehi firefighters and EMT's will be handing out stickers from their fire trucks and ambulances. There will be a BMX bike tour group, the Skyridge High School marching band & cheerleaders, the JAZZ Bear and more.

The company started in 1997 in St. George, UT with the goal to satisfy the community's cravings for fresh Mexican cuisine. In 2004, with four locations, Cafe Rio was sold, and the new ownership had a strong vision of how they wanted to grow their business. Their focus has never waned.
