PITTSBURGH, July 18, 2006 — MED3OOO, Inc., a national healthcare management and technology company, recently announced a six-year outsourcing agreement with the Bend Memorial Clinic in Bend, Oregon. Under the arrangement, MED3OOO will provide the clinic with practice management information systems as an Application Service Provider (ASP), and will also provide the clinic with revenue cycle management services.
Responsible for the treatment of more than 200,000 patients annually, the Bend Memorial Clinic conducted extensive research for an ASP and Revenue Cycle Management provider. The physicians and administrators selected MED3OOO as a partner who is focused on the improvement of operational, financial and clinical performance. As part of the agreement, Bend Memorial will have access to MED3OOO IQ, the company's proprietary data warehousing and reporting technology.
