TruTax Reduction Services, Inc. was founded by Anthony Izzo. Tony (as he prefers to be called) grew up in Queens, married and moved to Nassau and relocated in 1999 to our diverse and beautiful Suffolk County. A happily married father of 3 wonderful children, Tony quickly embraced the quality of life Suffolk has to offer. Besides the school system that inspired his children on to college and shaped their interests in exciting and challenging careers, Tony appreciates the strong sense of community and camaraderie he continues to enjoy as a scoutmaster, member/trustee of the Sons of Italy, Dr. Vincenzo Sellaro lodge, business member of the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce and as an active member of several business groups in Suffolk County. Tony’s background includes in-depth experience in the Real Estate, Construction and Finance industries. He was raised in a family of entrepreneurs, that operated local businesses that encompassed real estate, general contracting, engineering, fuel oil delivery and heating. As a curious and energetic youngster, Tony stepped into the thick of these activities working “hands-on” in all areas. This eventually led to a decade in Construction Management where he rose to the position of Project Manager, responsible for a 42 million dollar School Construction project in Queens, NY. Later efforts included posts with J.P. Morgan Chase and other national lenders. Having been directly involved in the Long Island Real Estate world, Tony often noticed the disparity in Suffolk County property taxes between very similar homes. This struck him as extremely unfair and he recognized the opportunity to help Suffolk County residents better their financial situation through property tax relief. Tony encourages all Suffolk County residents to review the tax assessment on his or her home to evaluate the potential of a risk-free property tax reduction.
