Heather has been active in the acting, modeling and pageant industries for over 20 years. She now works as a Director, Producer, Song Writer/Publisher, Casting Agent, Manager and Consultant. Heather works with aspiring entertainers on several levels - as a mentor, as a guide and even as management. She is known as The Ultimate Talent Mentor for a good reason! She has helped build successful careers for some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry. Crafting just the right strategy for your future is a unique art in which Heather excels and offers to her most dedicated clients. Her unique system is often imitated by NEVER duplicated. The "Business" is very much a family affair for Heather. A married mother of three amazing daughters, Heather is also the proud wife of Carl McNew, a professional film and television producer and director and co-owner of Bad Baby Productions. Her children's birthday party company, Glamour Girls Dress Up Parties was featured on Bravo Television in 2005 and she garnered national attention when she became the first woman Democratic Nominee in Kentucky's District One election for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008. In addition to running a successful Talent Agency, Children's Party Company and co-managing Bad Baby Productions, Heather is a reoccurring guest on The Fallon Forum. Heather's own daughters have modeled for companies such as ADT, National Geographic, and DirecTV as well as performed in independent and feature length films.
