Rick Roedel Company Profile

My career became virtually extinct overnight in August 2008. I was an executive at the nations largest homebuilding company when homebuilding and construction management jobs vanished. For me, and new career in a new industry was an absolute necessity. Although going back to school seemed like an insurmountable task at the age of 50, I diligently worked to obtain a masters degree in Healthcare Management. My long quest for a new job was tedious and frustrating and showed me how few jobs there really are out there. I worked diligently and eventually found a new job opportunity at an Assisted Living Facility. This difficult experience has left me passionate about putting hard working, capable Americans back to work. I wrote this book because I truly believe that every job counts. Americans deserve the right to support themselves, but they can’t if our jobs continue to move to other countries. Now is the time to stand behind the manufacturing in America, for the sake of our future. I now reside in Wenatchee, Washington with my beautiful wife Anna. I love spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. Their future is in our hands. I am proud to be an American.
