Penn and Associates Insurance Solutions Inc. was formed in 2009 to meet the insurance and financial services needs of an active and growing business and consumer client base. The company’s founder Dale Penn, has overall responsibility for the direction and management of the company, it’s products and services. Dale’s leadership, passion and vision are the driving force behind the firm. Mr. Penn has more than 25 years experience in the finance, insurance and retail automotive industries. Prior to founding Penn and Associates Incorporated, Dale was responsible for all the sales and marketing initiatives for Express Link Inc., a nationwide commercial insurance brokerage in Calabasas, California. At Express Link, he served in various senior executive sales and management capacities for 23 years before founding Penn and Associates. Mr. Penn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University. He is highly sought after for his guidance and expertise in the areas of: Business and Product Development Sales Management Agency Recruiting Strategic Plan Development New Product Marketing and Launches Training and Income Development Identity Theft and Data Breach Risk Management Dale lives in sunny Southern California with his wife Karen. In his spare time Dale enjoys collecting historical theatrical books, memorabilia and ephemera.
