Our Endodontist Las Vegas and Henderson, NV is Dr. Haymore. He attended undergraduate studies at BYU as well as University of Arizona. He enrolled at USC Dental School in 1991 and graduated with his D.D.S. in 1995. Upon graduation, he practiced general dentistry in Santa Cruz, California for two years and subsequently was accepted into USC’s prestigious Endodontic School. During his time at USC he served on the faculty and graduated in 1999 with his certificate degree in the specialty of Endodontics. He then practiced in Cupertino and was also on the faculty at University of the Pacific Dental School before moving to Nevada to set up his practice to become an endodontist in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV in 2001. In addition to his Nevada License which he has held since 1998, Dr. Haymore has held a Dental License in California since 1995 and was inducted into the Western Regional Board in 1996. He is also licensed to practice in Arizona, Utah and South Carolina and has been published in the Journal of Endodontics. Dr. Haymore believes saving the natural tooth, whenever possible, through root root canal therapy is best for the patient because the only other alternatives are tooth extractions and dental implants. Dr. Haymore was born in Southern California while his father was completing his studies at the USC School of Dentistry. He soon after moved to Twin Falls, Idaho where he spent his childhood. He took state in track in high hurdles, was an eagle scout and graduated from college two years early. He was on the professional ski race team for Sun Valley, Idaho, and also on the BYU ski team. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking and tennis. Dr. Haymore is very caring and supportive of his family. He is also very committed to family dental and helping those less fortunate in our community.
