Epiphany Consulting, LLC is the brain-child of Oginga Carr who has always had the heart to help people, especially youth and those that seem not to be able to find their way. After hearing about Daryl K. Dandredge from previous Toastmasters International clubs and competitions, Oginga and Daryl met in Memphis, Tn at a Toastmasters’ District Conference in 2009, at which Daryl was speaking, and they became close friends from that point and Oginga asked Daryl to partner with him and start a motivational speaking business. They agreed to do so and had their first engagement in January 2010 to a group of Project Managers of the Arkansas PMI Group. Since that time, many accomplishments have occurred; membership to the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce; 1st Annual Ultimate Speaker Showcase which involved 7 professional speakers from the tri-state area, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee; people who saw their vision and caught it and decided to invest in their company; certification with a major client of Kansas City, KS; multiple speaking engagements locally and across 38 states.
