CLEARWATER, Fla., Nov. 21, 2005 — In the spirit of the holidays, Atomic Tattoos and Body Piercing will be launching their annual Toys for Tats Toy Drive in coordination with the Marine's Toys for Tots Foundation Pinellas County division.
From November 16, 2005 through December 19, 2005 every customer will receive a $20 Gift Certificate in exchange for a toy donation. All toys must be new and of a $5 value or greater. Toys should not be wrapped and a receipt would be appreciated if it can be provided.
Stephen Cannon, Atomic Tattoos Marketing Director, said "In 2003, the first year of the Toys for Tats Toy Drive, we received almost 100 toys. Then in 2004, we received 375 toys for donation. For 2005, our goal is to reach 1,000 toys by Christmas. It is truly amazing what people donate; bicycles, skateboards, all kinds of amazing toys. I think the public message is that both Atomic Tattoos and the tattoo community at large truly care about our local community; especially children."
