SAVOY, Ill., July 31, 2006 — Argus Systems Group today announced the release of PitBull LX 2.0 for AIX 5.3. PitBull LX is built on the award-winning PitBull Domain Based Access Control (DBAC) technology and offers users the ability to defend AIX systems at their core. PitBull LX greatly simplifies system configuration and security policy implementation, and it protects against system attacks that have not yet been identified (zero day attacks). PitBull LX does not require the use of signatures, behavior patterns, or suspected anomalies to protect the system.
