Appvance Adds Harry Manley as New Vice President of Customer Experience

Role developed to ensure customers maximize investment in DevOps software test automation platform

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Appvance is making customer success a significant priority with the addition of Harry Manley as the new vice president of customer experience. In this role he will work closely with customers to ensure they are maximizing their investment in Appvance UTP, the most comprehensive DevOps-driven software test automation platform in the industry.

Manley will focus on the entire customer experience, from the first call with the sales team to day-to-day support, to ensure customers' overall experience and expectations are met. Manley will also be responsible for the customer on-boarding phase, providing training services and support to users of Appvance UTP.

Manley brings more than 20 years of experience into the new role having managed global technical teams, and with a background in large-scale, high performance distributed systems, ongoing technical support, and as a software and systems architect. Notable past work prior to Appvance includes, serving as head of technical operations at RetailNext, solutions and OEM software engineering manager at Micromuse and technical solutions architect at Mibtree in the U.K. He also ran his own specialized consultancy business for almost 10 years, working with HP, EDS, Fujitsu, QinetiQ, BAE Systems, Selex ES and Capita.
