Companies Form New Combined Corporate Entity While Maintaining Separate Brands
WASHINGTON, Feb. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Higher education consultancy Altus Advisory Partners announces that it is joining forces with UIU Link, a company that connects students with transferable online courses from accredited colleges and universities. Together the two firms will offer expanded services to institutions of higher learning and their constituents.

Altus Advisory Partners will come under the umbrella of UIU Link, which will serve as the parent company. Each company will retain its distinct brand, but the companies will merge systems and processes, and eventually share combined office space. Altus Advisory Partners' CEO Scott Lurding and UIU Link's CEO Kim Griffo will share a role as co-CEOs of UIU Link.
Griffo has more than 15 years of experience in higher education. She has received the Virginia Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge Award (2012) and the Virginia Business Incubator Association (VBIA) Donna Noble Award for Outstanding Incubator Client (2014). Lurding, who holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, is a higher education expert with over two decades of experience.
