Prosci Releases Change Management Train-the-Trainer Program

LOVELAND, Colo., Nov. 5, 2009 — Prosci is delighted to announce their new change management Train-the-Trainer program. This much-anticipated course will enable organizations to lower the cost of delivery, capitalize on internal training resources and build internal change competency. Participants will be able to deliver all four of Prosci's internationally recognized programs, including:

  • 3-day change management course for project teams and practitioners
  • 1-day change management coaching program for managers and supervisors
  • 1-day change management orientation for employees
  • 1/2-day executive program on becoming a great change leader

"In this economy, organizations are struggling with training budgets that have been cut to a minimum. The Train-the-Trainer program allows companies to utilize internal resources alongside Prosci's industry-leading change management material to build the competency to manage change at a lower cost than with outside facilitation," stated Adrienne Boyd, Chief Operating Officer for Prosci.

The Train-the-Trainer course is 3.5 days and located at Prosci's training facilities in Loveland, Colorado. Class size is limited to five participants to allow for one-on-one interaction and maximize participation. Attendees will work on all aspects of delivering a robust change management training program, including change management content, course logistics, interactive exercises, adult learning theory and platform skills. Comprehensive facilitator guides for each course are provided for reference after the session.

Classes are held once per month, with the next open enrollment session scheduled for January 19-22, 2010. Certification in Prosci's methodology is a prerequisite to attending the Train-the-Trainer course. More information on the program can be seen at: http://www.change-management.com/ttt
