Fischer will work alongside Mattias Swenson, chief product officer to continue the strategic evolution of the business.

Fischer began his career in tech at AOL and Amazon.com where he served in a variety of roles as an analyst and product manager. Recently, he served as the director of product and growth at Interactive One where he led initiatives that turned the company into the largest online media network for African-Americans within two years of its launch. Most recently, Fischer led the product and analyst teams at SNAP Interactive, one of the largest dating apps for adults over 40, where he increased the subscriber base by 30 percent in 2014.
