Hire key executive as part of growth strategy; change indicates growth and positive outlook
DALLAS, Sept. 9, 2008 — Effective immediately Tidewater Consulting Group has changed its name and corporate branding to DIVURGENT. DIVURGENT will also reorganize its services into three business lines: advisory services, revenue cycle management, and project management. The name change and corporate rebranding aligns DIVURGENT services to reflect the emerging technologies and needs in the provider market. "This change is reflective of our successful transition from a regional management consulting firm to one with a national client base," says Managing Partner Philip Felt.
As an integral part of this transition, DIVURGENT has hired Shane Danaher. Shane Danaher has been named Vice President, Client Services, for DIVURGENT. In his role, he will be responsible for developing strategic service offerings, driving client satisfaction, and developing marketing strategies. "Shane has a proven history of establishing successful relationships with leading healthcare providers and allied health organizations across the country and will contribute significantly to DIVURGENT's growth," says Managing Partner Colin Konschak. These relationships have enabled clients to meet their goals and advance their healthcare offerings through successful implementation of projects and programs. Shane has an Economics degree from Haverford College and is currently pursuing an MBA.
