Leaders Representing Aerospace and Aviation Sectors to Discuss RFID's Benefits at RFID Journal LIVE! 2016

End users from Airbus, Boeing, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Orbital ATK, the U.S. Air Force and Northrop Grumman will share best practices and adoption strategies at RFID Journal's 14th annual event, being held on May. 3-5, in Orlando.

NEW YORK, March 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — RFID Journal announced today that key leaders from the aerospace and aviation sectors will discuss the benefits of radio frequency identification technology at this year's RFID Journal LIVE! conference and exhibition, which will be held on May 3-5, at the Orange County Convention Center, located in Orlando, Fla. The event represents a unique opportunity for parts suppliers, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, and airlines to learn how RFID is transforming the aviation industry.

In addition, Brian Verna, an aerospace engineer at the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), will provide an update on his agency's policies toward the use of passive and active RFID on airplanes. And Carlo Nizam, Airbus' head of digitalization, will participate on a panel highlighting 10 years of the RFID Journal Awards.
