New Board Member Joins Pacific Meso Center

Brent Keeton of Grange Capital in Portland, Oregon Brings His Financial Expertise and Personal Quest to Fight Mesothelioma

LOS ANGELES, April 3, 2012 — The Pacific Meso Center (PMC) has added Brent Keeton to its board of directors. Brent is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of Grange Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor in Portland, Oregon. He is also Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Elk Rock Capital, an Alternative (Hedge) Investment Fund in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

"Brent brings a personal understanding of the devastation mesothelioma has on patients and families through the recent loss of his beloved wife, Susie, to this disease," said Dr. Robert B. Cameron, MD, Scientific Advisor at PMC. "With his insight, passion and expertise in the financial realm, we are honored to have him on our board as PMC moves forward in our fight to defeat mesothelioma."

At Grange Capital, Brent is responsible for oversight of portfolio management for all client accounts. As head of the investment team, he leads all research efforts on Grange's coverage universe and has oversight of the firm's trading operations. Prior to co-founding the firm, he spent 16 years with Merrill Lynch and 3 years with Union Bank of Switzerland as Senior Vice President, managing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, retirement plans and institutions. Brent attended Portland State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA).

My wife Susie was a patient of Dr. Cameron's and my efforts on the board will be to honor her memory by supporting Dr. Cameron and his staff as they work to conquer this dreaded disease."
