Partnership with Capax Global positions Autonomic's GSA Cloud contract to address the emerging demands for Microsoft Platform cloud solutions
CARY, N.C., March 23, 2011 — Autonomic Resources, a Government provider of cloud and emerging technologies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Capax Global — a Microsoft Gold Partner who also possesses a coveted Microsoft National Systems Integration (NSI) title.
Autonomic's strategic partnering assures their GSA cloud award (GSA IaaS Cloud) offerings are comprehensive in the Microsoft platform areas. The partnership will give Autonomic the ability to meet the Government needs for RFQs and SOWs starting to be released to the GSA cloud awardees. Capax Global will work with Autonomic in building Microsoft SharePoint architecture and integration capabilities to be delivered public and private cloud offerings. Capax's Microsoft partnership will help to assure platform integration into the ARC-P cloud. Autonomic intends to combine their GSA cloud contract, FISMA moderate certification, and Capax engineering capabilities to deliver on the growing government requests for customized Microsoft platforms.
The partnership assures Autonomic's "government only" cloud will have the creditability to respond to the Microsoft platform requirements starting to flow out of Federal agencies. Autonomic identified SharePoint as a key technology used by government that was also well suited to be run in government sanctioned public cloud.
